About Us
Community Action Teams are true LEADERS who have decided to dedicate themselves to the restoration outreach for the betterment of their local neighborhood communities.
We seek collaboration with like-minded individuals, businesses, and organizations that continue to make a real difference in the community they live.
Let’s face it, to make an impact you must be willing to give of your time, energy, and resources.
Our Mission

Community Action Teams’ primary mission and purpose is to preserve the dignity of individuals and families by empowering communities with a pathway to prepare and survive disasters within a localized grassroots area. We seek to develop and unite local humanitarian/emergency response teams to deploy a working action plan.
The vision of the community action plan is to be duplicated neighbor to neighbor, community to community, and city to city in each geographic area. Emergency preparedness and response plans can be implemented from individual to multi-level systems, utilizing available resources in each and every local neighborhood community.

Goals and Objectives
Community Action Teams’ primary goal is to bridge local Task Force Advisory Coalitions. These grass-roots coalitions explore attainable preparedness, response, and recovery solutions on behalf of their local neighborhood community.
Community Action Teams’ primary objective is to develop and build local community awareness by participating in year-round humanitarian outreach efforts while addressing the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals in times of crisis, hardship, and poverty.
Partnership Challenge
We are seeking stakeholder associate partners starting at only $250.00 affiliate partners at $500.00 and lifetime partners at $1000.00 which can be fulfilled accumulatively throughout the partnership.
Your support is valued and appreciated, as we join together to make a difference in our communities. For information on how your team can participate, you may contact us at 832-228-TEAM (8326).
